Kamii is a Discord bot and web panel built for server management. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use Kamii, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. Here is an overview of what is stored and why:

| Discord Server ID | To identify which server a configuration belongs to | No |
| Channel & Category IDs | To know where to send welcome, farewell, ticket, and alert messages | No |
| Role IDs | To assign the verified role after a member completes verification | No |
| Message templates & embed settings | To display customised welcome, farewell, and ticket panel messages | No |
| User ID (server_users table) | To track per-server stats such as XP, level, and karma | Yes |
| Trust factor score | To power the security and moderation features | Yes |
| Punishment records | To log moderation actions (warns, bans, etc.) taken in a server | Yes |
| Discord OAuth access token (web panel) | To verify your identity when managing your server via the panel — stored in your session only, never written to disk | Yes |
We do not collect message content, voice data, email addresses, or any information beyond what is listed above.
Data collected by Kamii is used exclusively to operate the Service. Specifically:
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is stored on our private server and is not accessible to anyone outside the Kamii development team. The only external service we interact with is the Discord API, which is necessary to operate a Discord bot.
Server configuration data is retained for as long as Kamii remains in your server. If you remove Kamii, no new data is collected, but existing records are not automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your server's data or your personal user data at any time by contacting us.
Web panel session data (OAuth tokens) is stored only in your browser session and is cleared when you close your browser or log out.
Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out to us via our Discord support server. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including keeping our server up to date and restricting database access. However, no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
For any privacy-related questions or data requests, please reach out to us on our Discord support server.
