These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kamii Discord bot and its associated web panel (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord) and that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Kamii is a Discord bot that provides server management features including but not limited to:

• Welcome and farewell messages for new and departing members
• A ticket system for member support
• A verification system to protect servers from bots and raiders
• Automoderation tools including bad word filtering and anti-spam
• Security notifications for suspicious server activity

The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will not use Kamii to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring that Kamii is configured appropriately for their community and that their use of the bot complies with all applicable laws and Discord's own policies.

4. Data and Configuration

Kamii stores server-specific configuration data (such as channel IDs, role IDs, and message templates) in order to provide its features. This data is associated with your Discord server ID. You may remove the bot from your server at any time, which will stop all data processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we store and how it is used.

5. Availability and Uptime

We make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability of the Service. Kamii may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any disruption to your server's operations caused by downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any server or user at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or harm to other users. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by removing Kamii from your server.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamii and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or server disruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
